Hand-me-down German acoustic/classical student guitar, est. age between WW I and WW II, no name or label previous owner used steel strings, stored in Michigan home crawl space, top & back have two long cracks each.

Looks like spruce top, mahogany back/sides, aluminum strip tuners with molded thermoplastic buttons (mold seams and no hardware).

Interesting binding/rosette. Looks like some kind of printed or dyed veneer inlay rather than 'individual piece marquetry' as it is too smooth with no apparent texture - my opinion.
